4 Supplements That’ll Get You In The Mood

2. Ginseng 

Ginseng (especially red) can improve sex drive. Particularly, in women with menopause. It also makes a small effect on men with mild ED, though research on this supplement is lacking. 

3. L-arginine

L-arginine helps increase blood flow, which can allow for an easier erection. It’s an amino acid that helps the body produce protein and nitric acid that open blood vessels. 

4. Cocoa Extract

Cocoa extract helps boost nitric oxide levels in the body, improving blood flow and allowing for an easier erection (like L-arganine).
