10 Ways To Up Your Chances Of Orgasming

There’s no solid cause found for this, but one theory is that warm feet help you relax further. My personal theory is that wearing socks during sex can somehow feel more naughty. Like why does being naked with socks on feel more exposed than just being entirely naked?! 

  5. Foreplay, foreplay, foreplay! Women take 15-30 minutes to reach orgasm while men can get their in only a couple of minutes. Women need this extra time to amp up the mood and give them that mind-blowing orgasm. 

  6. Kegels. Strong pelvic floor muscles can be trained like any other muscle, and that leads to a stronger orgasm. 

  7. Exercise in general! It’ll increase blood flow to your genitals while also increasing testosterone levels, thereby increasing libido (according to this study). 

  8. Add heat. Other than exercising to warm up your bits, you can also physically heat it up with a hot bath or washcloth. This brings blood flow to the area, increasing sensitivity.
